Swing trading refers to the practice of buying and selling financial instruments within 3 to 10 trading days such that all positions will usually (not necessarily always) be closed before the market close of the trading month.Traders that participate in swing trading are called Swing traders.
Some swing traders focus on very short-term trading, in which a trade may last seconds to a 1 to 3 days. They buy and sell many times, trading very high volumes and therefore receiving big discounts from the brokerage. Generally, brokerage rate varies from 0.10 to 0.50 paisa. for delivery holding. (Tradology can recommend good brokerage house if any client is interested.) Some swing traders focus only on momentum or trends. They are more patient and wait for a ride on the strong move which may occur after taking support or breaking resistance during the time period.
